We just had our pre-trip Q&A meeting, with over a dozen participants in Bangor and six more joining us by phone from Biddeford, Gloucester...and Jerusalem!
We heard the greetings from Consul General of Israel Nadav Tamir of the Consulate in Boston. Danny Ehrlich, our guide and educator from Keshet, called in to answer our questions and set everyone at ease. The excitement in the room was palpable.
We gave out the trip hats and luggage tags, and traced our itinerary (still being improved as we speak) on the full-size map of Israel.
Ten days till we depart!
